Experian Free Account Report

Can anyone tell me if I should see a credit report online with the free Experian account. I finally downloaded the app and I see a report, but I have not seen a report online for quite sometime. Thanks!!

Yes, under Reports and Scores I click Credit Summary and Fico Scores and they both populate. I click Credit Reports and get what you see above.  I have cleared cookies, cache etc etc and tried Firefox and Chrome and get the same result. Could it be a security issue since I am still on Windows 7?

Yes. It updates once a month.

@dumaine, It seems like it could be a Experian "Technical issue" ?

I would call Experian and ask for "Technical Help" .. I really hope this can help you
