Well that was a waste of time. She actually asked me ..."if you can see it on your phone app, why do you need to see it on your computer?" When she asked that I knew it was a no win situation! She claims something is wrong with my computer, and my ole ladies computer and etc etc. She also said that I could not see it because it has not updated since 06/16/21....I give up and will just use the phone if I need to.

That is unfortunate.
The last time I needed to contact Experian CS they were less than helpful as well. My wife and I were trying to sign up for their paid family credit monitoring service and we could never get her account to work with it. After a month+ of emails and phone calls a supervisor finally let us know that they are having issues with the family membership and have no ETA on when it would be fixed, apparently no way to manually fix the issue either.
