Sadly, Experian.com has wrecked its user interface.
Previously, when one listed accounts, there was a list which (a) could be viewed in different orders by different variables, and (b) immediately provided sufficient data to identify each account.
Now it provides a much less usable format which neither identifies the accounts adequately nor allows the user to view the accounts in any order other than alphabetical by institution name.
All of which renders the service significantly less valuable, and wastes the user's time.
Dh and I are still on the old, Ds and Dil are on the new....I hate it.

Experian website has always been pretty awful imo. I use the app.
I was finding it extremely valuable, until this happened.
Ugh... I have the "old" screen. Not looking forward to the new one with what people are saying here.
I like (liked?) the EX website.
Update: Today, 4 days later, the good interface came back. I hope they leave it alone this time. Much more functional.
Update: today September 6 the bad interface came back.
I'll stop updating now.
Too bad about Experian.com.

Glad to see it’s not just me who thinks the new look & feel, page layout and overall user experience is now worse with the revamp. Last night I called them to provide feedback in the new layout. The older version circa a month ago was the best out of all the CBs...IMO.
You're a more devoted customer than I am.
If they'd provided a link for feedback I would have used it, but I'm not devoted enough to give them a phone call
