Off in 265 days good or not?

Okay so my daughter is 20 and at the age of 18 she had her own cell phone. Of course it is now with a CA and she gets settlements from them but they tell her they can't take it off her CR before 265 days. If she keeps PFDing it it may take several months. Is this or is this not a good offer for her to accept.

If it will come off in any amount of time I would go for it. But make sure it is in writing before accepting.

If you can get them to put that in writing that they'll PFD in 265 days, I'd say go for it. But only if they'll put it in writing.

Happy,
If she has the letter though, can't she still send that to the bureaus and have them delete it based on that?
