Cap1 has not been reporting my QS card with a 0 balance since August (0 statement balance plenty of spend) and just reported my kohls mid statement (statement date is the 9th just reported a balance on the 19th) after having no spend on it for a while... just fyi and something to look out for

As I said above plenty of spend on the cap1 QS, just got a CLI  last month as well.

Cap1 did that to me also. It finally cleared out a few days ago to a zero balance. It looked like I owed them $8 for two months. I also noticed I made an order on my kohls card and after I received there’s I set up payment online to pay it off. In the meantime I placed another order so after shipping Capital One did an off cycle update to my credit report. I was a little upset about that because I always pay them and the payment for the other order was already set up.

Apparently they reported my QS mid cycle as well just now... wonder if they'll re report on statemenet close or not.

Have any Cap 1 cardholders noticed them taking a little longer than usual to report their statement balances to the CRAs this month?

this is pretty annoying, do we have any recourse here? anyone we can call, etc.? bc you know if you missed a payment, that'd be reported asap and wouldn't be forgiven in most cases. this is the first time i've experienced cap 1 not reporting a day or two after the statement cuts, reading this thread, some ppl didn't have their reports updated for months, that's pretty ridiculous
