That is okay. I am not looking for new cards. Tried to see if I would get pre-approval. Seems like GS GM is more strict compared to GS Apple Card.

I thoguht there was a thread that listed all the current soft pull pre-apporval cards and links, but couldnt find it in a search.  does this exsist or did i dream it

Open loop is any payment system that can be used at most stores. Think Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover.

Closed loop are store specific cards that can only be used at one store or for one specific purpose.

Hi, @Anonymous and @jodo1132  both of you never received HP from Truist? I have an auto loan from them transferred from SunTrust. Not sure if that would help to get the foot at the door.

i also have the truist 3-2-1 visa card.   i accepted the prequal offer and never received a HP from them.
