You’re not gonna believe this. NFCU pulled TU and tried to pull EX for a platinum credit card on me. EX was blocked but I still got approved.
I’ve never heard of them pulling Experian.
Next I had a friend who applied for a CLOC and he was double pulled at Trans Union and Equifax.
I have always been told that NFCU pulls different credit bureaus for different things. One bureau to open an account, another bureau for a credit card, and yet another for mortgage loans, auto loans, etc.
Yes, but its usually between EQ and TU.

So Citi justed pulled TU on app for me. Only TU. I thought that was odd since I was not aware they pulled TU. I did a search and there are dozens of data points, recent ones (2019) of Citi pulling TU. I was surprised.
SDFCU pulls EX FICO ver 2 exclusively.
Allegacy FCU in NC pulls EQ exclusively (SP for join, HP for products), and uses Experian's FastStart (with the EQ data) for their scoring algorithm.
I just got a Comenity VISA - they hard-pulled EX; As other's have mentioned, they seem to have a tendency to pull EX for majors and EQ for others, and they did SP my EQ file (I kept those reports unfrozen for the app, I didn't bother unfreezing TU since I'd not heard of them using that CRA).
This table is super helpful, many thanks to the OP who created the table and numerous contributors who helped with data collection.
By any chance anyone knows which bureau TD Bank pulls in Florida? And Huntington, Commerce, BMO Harris?

For me, in Florida, BMO pulled TU this year, but I haven't seen many DPS, so I understand asking, LOL!
If this is for credit cards only, add this bank and its affiliates to the list they only pull from Experian but fico score 8 and bankcard fico score 8.
Zions Bank (Utah)
Amegy Bank of Texas
Nevada State Bank
National Bank of Arizona
California Bank and Trust

By any chance anyone knows which bureau TD Bank pulls EX in Florida? And Huntington EQ (TU as alternate), Commerce (any of the 3, primarily TU and/or EQ), BMO Harris TU?
