True Credit

I have read on here in multiple threads that people have been canceled from True Credit for pulling their credit reports too often. I signed up for it on February 11, 2008 and have been pulling pretty much every day (sometimes every 2 days), and have had no problems. Did they change this? Has anyone been canceled recently (in 2008)? Also, I haven't been able to find anything in their terms of use or service agreement that says they will cancel you if you pull your report too often. Maybe I'm missing something?

Re: True Credit

I have been using it for last 8 months and I have been pulling my CR every day. I never had any problems using the service.

Re: True Credit

When you have the triple report up look at the right side of your screen, you should see a link that says Update Report under the grey header "Related Items".

OK, log back in and click on "your credit."

Then click on "credit reports" and look over on the right under "related items", and click "update report."

A screen pops up that scolds you for pulling again, and asks why on earth you want to do this again. Select the option about wanting to check your reports monthly or something.

You'll have to click "I agree," and then type in their wacky number that is displayed, and then click the button at the bottom right --can't remember the name, and since I just pulled my TC's, I can't get in that far to tell you forever.

Then you wait, and wait, and wait, and finally the new report pops up.
