OK. The court papers show that the judgment is in effect, not satisfied. I have no idea why two months ago, this would read paid/satisfied. However, because you filed BK and included the judgment in the BK, this should be dismissed by the court and considered satsified. I would send a copy of your BK paperwork to the court, showing that this judgment was satisfied by the terms of the BK. Once the court satisfies the judgment, you should be able to get it removed from the credit reports. I assume that the BK was discharged and not dismissed, correct?
