They told me it was because I have multiple profiles (shrug) but when trying to resolve that, I got bounced around to the same groups and each pointed to someone else as responsible...so I gave up...I just call when I need it...
Good luck!!!
I verified that I only have one file, got bounced between Consumer Relation and Online tech Support for the last 30 ish minutes. Each department claims they can't fix it and the othert department needs to fix it.. Finally the guy told me to sign up for TU's premium service, um no thank you.. So frustrating! Thanks for the reply
Online with 3 browsers/cookies cleared and phone app has said "Unknown" for almost a year. I just call. Useless.

I am with you, but why does it work for plenty of others and not us? Makes zero sense

I had that error for a short time. Luckily, I called in and resolved it without much fuss.
I would recommend all the standard advice: uninstall, restart, reinstall, and then try it. Otherwise its on their end, split file can do it.
At least you can always call to freeze/unfreeze anytime.
Were you able to determine what was causing your account to do that? In my case I do not have a split file and the 6+ reps I spoke to have no idea either.. I know we can call to have it done, but that defeats the purpose of having the servicing site as well as a dedicated mobile app. Thanks!

I've called so many times @Scupra and tried to get them to reset my login numerous times. They always have an excuse and pass it on as oh well. Kept trying. No go. I finally threw in the towel and place it on the Equisux shelf.

Ive cleared cache/data on the phone. (Andriod) Uninstall. Reinstall. Even hooked the phone up to the desktop and deleted their file in storage after rooting. Nope. Online stays the same.
I'll just frame it.............................
Calling is...................FSR.
