Some would say TC, but I found that they had reported inaccurate info on my CR with EQ. I almost bit the lady's head off at EQ about a trade line that was previously deleted because TC showed this line was re-inserted when in fact it was not

Something crazy is happenening because Friday night I reveiwed my CR from TC and I noticed under the EQ column there was a negative entry that was previously deleted. Then this morning the same trade line was showing under EQ. I called EQ propmtly and was advised that there was no such reporting on their system. So someone isnt reporting correctly. I also have SW and I dont have that trade line listed as a baddie there. So in essence, it has to be TC that's making the error in reporting.

TC is not self updating.TC can't report what isn't on your report. The information TC displays comes directly from the CRA.

What date is there? What do you mean "this morning the same trade line was showing under EQ" do you mean on your EQ report or your EQ report from TC?
