Some would say TC, but I found that they had reported inaccurate info on my CR with EQ.  I almost bit the lady's head off at EQ about a trade line that was previously deleted because TC showed this line was re-inserted when in fact it was notSmiley Indifferent

Did you update your TC report after it was removed? TC is not self updating.

TC can't report what isn't on your report. The information TC displays comes directly from the CRA.

TrueCredit does alert you when there are changes to your report. The longest delay I've had from them has been 4 days.

Each CRA offers a monitoring product that alerts you to changes.

I really like TrueCredit.

Something crazy is happenening because Friday night I reveiwed my CR from TC and I noticed under the EQ column there was a negative entry that was previously deleted.  Then this morning the same trade line was showing under EQ.  I called EQ propmtly and was advised that there was no such reporting on their system.  So someone isnt reporting correctly.  I also have SW and I dont have that trade line listed as a baddie there.  So in essence, it has to be TC that's making the error in reporting.

Look at your report date at the top of the page. What date is there?

What do you mean "this morning the same trade line was showing under EQ" do you mean on your EQ report or your EQ report from TC?

Re: best monitoring system

TRYING.....there is no "best monitoring system". They all pretty much do the same thing and rather accurately as well.  Any of them should work for you. Just so long as you remember to disregard the scores that comes with them.

Re: best monitoring system

I've used ID Protect via Nat City, TC, CCT, and Freecreditreport for reports. And SW and ConsumerInfo above these for monitoring. Of these, TC is the better. Yes, they have their flaws, many of them, but is reads better than any EX product.
