CCT pulls a current snapshot of all of your FICO 8 scores. Amex gives you an Experian FICO 8 score, but only once a month. Are you sure the Amex score is as current as the CCT scores (or vice versa)?
CCT is updated daily. That IS your EX score.

You are wrong here.
CCT updates your EX every day (although I'd argue with this a little) but is certainly more up to date than the monthly amex score. Sorry.
on CCT Say score 650 right but when call amex they said they pull score 641 just don't get it even today check say 650.

i just got off the phone with amex they pull score 2 days ago said was 641 not even possible socre cct been 650 few weeks.

If you're already part of the AmEx family, they'll use the last soft-pull they have on file. If they like what they see, they'll do an up-to-date hard pull to confirm that nothing significantly bad has happened in the meanwhile.
Other lenders just use outdated pulls. When I last got declined by PenFed, they cited a score that's over a month old. Your experience will vary.
9 points won't have too much of an impact at that score range. Just address the issues listed on the denial letter and you'll be golden.

It's just a lack of understanding. CCT and AmEx both provide FICO 8's. However, even if the CRA and scoring model are the same the data in the report when the score was generated matters. If the scores were not generated at the same time it is possible for data in the report to change.
As always, to determine the cause(s) of scoring changes one has to go to the reports and carefully compare the data.
We can't explain the discrepancy with additional details but, as stated above, 9 points is a negligible difference. If you're going to worry over numbers then set a higher threshold. I suggest at least 20 points. When was the 650 with CCT generated and are you sure it's the EX score and not your score with one of the other 2 CRA's?
