Hi,
I apply for chevron on March , 2022. I get denied and didn't apply for it anymore.
Today I notice on my equifax credit report , that chrevron/Sychronny bank did a hard pull on my credit from Mar to May for consecutive days.
Is that normal from a lender?
Are you saying they've been doing a HP every day for 3 months?
Yes , Until May 11. what's that mean?
Are you sure these are HPs? Can you provide a screenshot of your reports?
its on inquiries section. How I know if is soft and hp?
Where are you getting your reports from?
From Equifax site
If you are looking at an actual credit report from Equifax, there are 2 sections under "Inquiries". First section is titled "Hard Inquiries". Then, below that is the second section titled "Soft Inquiries".
Note that every time you attempt a pre-approval/pre-qualification app, even if you do not submit for approval, it will register a "soft inquiry" for the bureau used. Those soft inquiries do not affect your actual credit scores. Only Hard Inquiries affect scores.

Hmm. I'm not familiar with their site interface. But usually SPs don't show up on monitoring sites. So I would assume those are HPs, which should NOT be showing up every day for months. I'd contact Synchrony and ask them to remove all of those inquiries.
In MyEquifax, it would be pretty clear which section the inquries are under.
