The vacation was weight-neutral, tho' I'm cautiously optimistic that the muscle:fat ratio improved. As did my cardiovascular fitness.
But I've still gotta lose at least 10 lbs. if I want those six-pack abs.
(Not so) fun fact:
the Samsung S22 series has a known design flaw; pressure changes can cause the speaker to sound blown.
The solution (at least for now) is to pop the SIM while the speaker is playing.
Pathetic for a 6-month-old flagship phone. My first & last Samsung.
