Saturday evening brought the first autumn chill and so I spent it roasting HPs like marshmallows. Windows pulled open, a nice chiily breeze, and me ensconced at the computer. #Loveliness #OrNot
Truth be told I never much liked marshmallows. But sitting near a fire with stick in hand offered its own singular appeal. Like my HPs, I often didn't pay perfect attention and caught them on fire. Ahh, sugar! I'll do better next time.
It wasn't so bad -- RBFCU counter-offered my 15K request with a 5K approval. Better than nothing. They made a suggestion to attach it to my checking account (like Navy, I assume) and I accepted. They said I'd reached my unsecured limit with them (I have a 20K CL CC). On the plus side of the ledger: 9.45% APR which is lower than most I've seen.
For DPs I can say the HP was TU (I'm not sure which they use, my Fico 08 is about 750, my 09 is higher). I've not a lot of HPs or new accounts the last 6 months. Member & CC for just under 12 months.
