I called TU with the number that "Diane" gave me. If this does not work, I will call the number that "Diane" called from. There has to be a number for TU where I speak to an American and not an Indian.

Do you have other derogs on your file or is your file clean now?

Re: TU early exclusion question

Other derogs are lates, 30-90 day lates.  TU, by far, lists the most lates, all in a string as well. The oldest lates have already fallen off.

Re: TU early exclusion question

Once all the lates fall off, that is when you are going to get a huge bump in score.

Re: TU early exclusion question

My newest late won't fall off until May 2026. Since each late will fall over almost everything month, I will see a small score increase every month, unless I can get TU and EQ to due EE.

Re: TU early exclusion question

I filed another dispute with TU for one late on one account that is over 6.5 years old using "Not a dispute, requesting an early exclusion of this item from my report. Thank you"

We will see if this wording works.

You should see a small increase, but it will snowball to larger score increase with the biggest increase when your last late falls off.

Re: TU early exclusion question

I submitted for EE of a 30d late from Jan 2018. It's taken them weeks to respond, and all they did was verify. They kept the 30d late.

I hope you have better luck.

I think that technically I'm not allowed to resubmit a dispute for the same thing for a while, but I'm tempted to somehow resubmit it.

It is my only late on my entire report for all these years.

I do AZEO.

Did you call or make an online request. If you did online, what box did you check?

Online. I checked "The payment history/rating is incorrect". That reason is the most accurate one that I could find.

I do AZEO.

Re: TU early exclusion question

When I did this with TU I found calling as soon as they open to work best. That why they are usually in a good mode. I also made sure the call was recorded to make sure they couldn't go back on their word.( I disclosed that). They did it instantly and received confirmation in the mail a week later. Best of luck!
