Trying to improve the Quickest way possible

Hey you guys. I am 22 and have horrible credit due to some bad decisions and bad advice. Lowest score ive seen that Ive had is 469 and highest is 632. What information do you guys need from me so you can help me in the best way possible. I make good money and need to correct this is start buying real estate. Thanks!

Do you have any derogatories?; delinquency, charge off, collection, etc. If they are updating monthly, it'll keep your scores suppressed.

Do you have in open revolving accounts or open installment loans?

Are they current, paid satisfactorily?

Yes I do. I have 3 Charge offs. 4 Collections

Is it your intention to address those 3 charge offs and 4 collections?

Do you know the DoFD Date of First Delinquency?

Are any of them medical?

Ive also obtained them from Credit Karma, Nerd Wallet, Credit Seasame, Also Discover offers a Report
