It means when you call the backdoor number to have someone manually review your request.
My highest starting limit is with Citi Bank for the Double Cash Card at $5,000.
15k for Venture and 13.5k for Amazon Visa.
Still don’t know how I got that High of a limit lol
Highest starting limits were
BMO Harris Diners Club Mastercard $40K
Chase Sapphire Reserve Visa $30K
$49,000 PenFed SL on Power Cash card.
Mine was Discover 15k on 10-15-17.
I had a Experian Fico 8 score of 674.
AAOA was 18 months with 2 accounts. Elan visa at 2k limit at about 50% utilization, I always pif monthly, and Cap1 platinum mc at 500 limit and zero utilization.
1 car loan 13 months old for 17k.
no collections but 6 or so 30 days late installment payments on each of 3 accounts almost 5 years ago at the time. no negatives in almost 5 years.
income was 84,900 at the time.
I really think the big reason for my high starting limit for my profile at the time was I had only 1 mortgage inquiry on my credit report that was in August 2 months earlier. There was no other hard pull on Experian over the previous 2 years. The income with the lack of inquiries for me I believe was the ticket!
