I’ll have to respond to the rest of your post in a minute, but yes that means they were removed and you won’t see it until you pull your next 3B, unless something is totally crazy.
ps. Congratulations! You are on your way in the right direction I am so happy for you.
Yes.... which is why I am utterly confused. I got the alerts.. went to pull a new report through MyFico, and couldn't because I just so happened to update my report yesterday. So, they wouldn't even let me pull another one. So, I went to experian.com and pulled a 3B (paid refresh) there. And the accounts are still there... Now I don't know if pulling it through Experian has anything to do with it, but either way, the report hasn't changed allegedly. I just so happened to refresh my TU report this morning before I got those alerts directly on tu.com, so I can't refresh that yet. I even went to CK to refresh reports, and the accounts are still on the TU report. I also pulled a TU from annualcreditreport yesterday, so even that I can't do yet.
So, either it will be until tomorrow or even Monday that it truly refreshes, or MyFico decided to play with my feelings just because lol.
@Anonymous
Mystery solved.. it was two older accounts that just dropped off my TU (and lowered by aaoa.. thanks tu).. I lost 6 points too.. Just so happened to be exactly the same type: one old auto loan and one old credit card.
I am calling tomorrow to get the other two accounts off with EE, which shouldn't be an issue. I could've requested them off earlier this year, and just didn't catch the close date until now.
I will check the other details of the reports, and report back on the AZEO challenge.

@Anonymous wrote:@AI_JMV Would you mind giving us the details of your situation? How long was that Card inactive? What are your profile stats? Like Remmy I have received alerts for a dormant card being used without score change, but if that's coming from Experian, that's an adjustable function in EX where you can choose how long if I recall correctly.
Nevertheless myself and Remmy have enough cards that one changing might not make a score difference; you may only have a few cards, I don't know until you tell us. But that was actually one area of curiosity we had so I'm definitely interested in your data points, if you're willing to share.
@Anonymous Did you have a similar situation? Or just academic curiosity?
Yes my situation was somewhat similar but with noticeable differences. I just didn't want to poach or start a very similar thread.essentially, i opened a new cc with NFCU in February but closed it immediately (not wise- I know) to wait for a sub instead of the balance transfer they were offering -which doesn't help me. I took an immediate <5 point hit for the hp which was expected. Fast forward to March I lost 16-17 points across all three. I wondered if it was because of the account closing? My alerts all pertained to balance decreases, all of my accounts were at zero -except the account I'm an AU on. I actually called myFico and they gave me some fugazee reason about my account resetting because I closed the one account. I let my accounts report very low balances. I think $510 on $24k NFCU; $12 on $18k AMEX; $1200 on $25k BOA- and just this morning I've received alerts giving back the 16-17 points. I'm back to 718 eq 745 tu 729 ex which is about my highest as I have 8 accounts with 2 90 day lates set to fall off this year and next. So much for not poaching 😊.
@Anonymous I would've said that it was the new account penalty for the new account being opened if you didn't have a revolver less than 12 months, but since you have those 90 day lates, you are in a dirty scorecard and that does not apply.
The only dings you should have received as a result of that was the hp and then whatever hit to your average age of accounts, which I would not imagine would be that high.
Closing the account should not of had any effect scorewise and the effects of opening it would still exist, as it will be on your credit report as a closed account, or at least it should be.
I don't know what they were talking about about resetting your account but I find that very peculiar that you got the same amount of points back. Did you possibly go to all accounts reporting zero for a short period of time? That's a real mystery and I'd love to know why.

@AI_JMV i'm glad you solved the mystery. I knew something was screwy. But it's rare that Experian screws up like that, that's why I was hesitant to think that. They're usually the most on point bureau in my opinion. Look forward to your next report.
@Anonymous I think the TU gods were listening because coincidentally I got the same alerts on wallet hub, and didnt think anything of it. Well yesterday morning I pulled up WH, and those two baddies were gone!! My rapid rescore for FICO 8 TU and EX after my mortgage officer rescored me for my refi is over 800 for both!!!! I cannot believe it! Now,... one more month til EQ gets off their butts... sigh. I'll take the two crisp clean files for now. Thank you for all your help!
@AI_JMV That is what is up! I am so happy for you, that is great! I love it when things work out and that is terrific you are very well positioned for anything now and shortly with Equifax as well.
You’re very welcome and I’m very happy for you and look forward to your update on Equifax.
