Yes, per FICO accounts always age the first of the month.
Will I see a points increase when I hit the actual 1 year anniversary date in late December? Or, have I seen the points lift already when the AoYA hit 1 year on Dec 1st?
They come on the 1st, IME, not on the exact anniversary. FICO goes by the 1st. So, you already got them.
Wait, you went from one counting card with a balance to two counting cards with a balance and got an increase?
Was the increase on the 1st or 2nd?
Or is this the only counting card with a balance?

Only one of the counting cards has a balance. Card 4 is at zero. Card 2 is at 8% UTIL.
Cards 1 & 3 both have balances, but, should not be counting towards the score due to high CLs. I will be paying Card 1 down to zero, but that will take 2 months to get there. I will report back once I have done that, to give the DP if there is any effect on points.

The increase in points that I saw when the AoYA hit 1 year, happened on the 1st of December.
