Score wise it shouldn’t matter on modern algorithms. If Amex charge card it would matter a little on EX FICO 2 but ultimately a small amount doesn’t do much for the imputed limit anyway.
I would leave something on it personally but I only do rigid AZEO when I clean up for an app. Actually personally most Chase or Amex cards have some sort of SUB I tend to leave a big balance the first month while SUB chasing and then pay it off.
High balance doesn’t matter for scoring purposes but it currently is the only reliable way to show that you have used the card at some point in the past which might matter for future underwriting.
Revelate what do you mean by SUB?
