Yeah, I agree with the other guys.

Your clean file will look a lot like my wife's file and she is in the low 800s. (800-810)

The 30 day lates will keep you in the 750 to 760 range until the very last one falls off.

Ok thanks for your input Jamie.

Re: Score Increase

One last thing. I'll be posting a new message in a new thread in regards to paying off my installment loan.

I have an account with a 60 day late and 90 day late in August and September of 2008. Never went to collections and subsequently paid in full. Looking at a nice bump in my Fico Scores once these lates are off in the next few months. Based on my research I expect a nice bump in score.

I will post a before and after score when the time comes.

Feel free to speculate on my score increase, if any. Of course, this is based on everything else staying the same in my credit profile., and it will.

UPDATE:

On a hunch I ordered my Experian free annual credit report. Just had a feeling.  My feeling was right as  I noticed my account with the 60 and 90 day lates has aged and the account is now a positive tradeline. I shot over to myfico to get my scores and my scores popped 29 points. TU and EQU 766 and EXP 763. What a nice surprise. Now I have just one negative account remaining with 3 30 day lates to age off in November 2015 and March, June of 2016. Less than a year and I'll have a clean report.

I owe a lot of gratitude to the people on these message boards from whom I've learned immensely. Thank you.
