I also pulled up my TrueIdentity (TransUnion) account, refreshed the credit report section, and there is no collection activity there.  WalletHub and Credit Karma, for what they are worth, don't show any activity either.

Check Credit Sesame, Factor Trust, annualcreditreport.com, any Synchrony or other ccc that uses Trans Van.....just look around.  I had a MyFico report that was incorrect; I called a number provided my Cindy @Anonymous and they pulled a fresh report; a supervisor approved the fresh pull.  PM Cindy for the number.

Thanks for the suggestions.  This is not from a MyFICO report though; its a MyFICO credit monitoring alert referring to changes on my TU report on 1/30/2020.  I just called TransUnion again and they are adamant that there is no collection on my credit report.  I even asked if it was possible that it was added yesterday (the date of the MyFICO alert) then removed during their overnight update and the rep told me that if that occurred they would still be able to see it.

Our customer care team has added a report for you to redeem and check.

You can call them as well to go over your credit report.

I hadn't been on these forums for just over two months so I forgot to update this thread.

@Cindy_FICO , thanks for the additional report; it was very helpful in understanding what occurred.  Two medical collections totalling $283 were added to my TU credit report causing my TU FICO 8 score to fall by 70 points.  The collector was OAC Collections Specialists and the billing was for two tests that should have been paid by my insurance.  Anyway, I called OAC and paid the bills and they agreed to request deletion of the collections which occurred at the end of February.

One thing that worked in my favor is that OAC had never contacted me before reporting the collections.  When I mentioned this to a manager, the address they had on file was one I had not lived at for more than 15 years so their letters were returned.  That made it much easier for them to agreed to deletion as I wasn't previously informed of the unpaid amounts.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you worked it out and it got solved.
