I purchased the myFICO subscription on the 24th of November and my EQ score has not budged once. My file is now minus two baddies, and my EX and TU reflect the change. However, EQ sits unchanged.
I just paid to have all three FICO 8 scores on the Experian website and discovered perfect matches for TU and EX, but my EQ is 76 points higher than what myFICO suggests. And yes, I have had several alerts with EQ, only to see no change registered.
Is this a glitch in the myFICO product? And if so, should I call and ask them to correct my score reporting?
Yes it's a product glitch. Its been reported and unresolved for over a year now. Your EQ score will only update when a new 3B report is pulled per your subscription type - it won't update along with alerts as EX and TU do.
You can add your complaint to the others in the myFICO product Feedback subforum or try reaching customer service and good luck explaining the issue.

Thanks for your response. Wow, as someone who spends their days fixing software glitches for businesses, I can only say myFICO needs to hire better software programmers! A year with such a significant glitch is unacceptable, especially given the cost of the monthly subscription.

Correct. It's not across the board but no telling why it affects some and not others. I didn't mean to make it seem like it was affecting everyone...

Got it! It was a genuine question being that I haven't followed the thread. Thought I might be a unicorn!

I mean.... I have no objection to calling you a unicorn if you would like to be thought of as such...
If I'm picking what I identify with, I'm not sure unicorn is where I land 🤣
