Hello, I did the OASIS program.  I owed 1500 and finished paying that off in Nov. 09.  A couple weeks later I received the paperwork to get the OASIS card.  December 24, 2009 I received the card with a $900 limit.  I have not had any problems with them so far and the interest rate is pretty much the same rate that I had with the original blue card.  The only issue that I have is that on the phone I was told that they would delete the old account from my credit reports but that did not occur.  I refuse to call them on it as I am not trying to get anyone with a bad attitude and then all of a sudden no more card!   I wanted to pay them there money so either way in the program or not they were getting their money.  Good luck to anyone who choses to go this route.   E. ... Congrats on being able to pay your debts off.  Try Google to get the names of execs at each OC.  You can sometimes figure out how to send things by email by simply writing the email like firstname.lastname@company name.  If you still have online access to your old account you may want to try to send a email that way.  Also try planetfeedback.com.  If you type in the name of the company here on this site you may come up with a post that has contact information dealing with a gw success.
