I apped for a SPG Amex and was declined. The reason given was because they canceled my previous accounts. FYI, that was 22 years ago in a BK. So, for anyone who has wondered, I have found the truth. They have a very long memory. Oh well, I think that's one I can cross off my list for about a hundred years. I also had a primary go bad while I was the AU in 2008. I feel like a broken toy with missing parts.

I checked with them every few years till it rolled past 30 and by that time I was a member of multi credit forums and realized I ddnt need them and that they no longer stand for what they were in the 1980s.
