@Anonymous know, I went back to look at @Anonymous's profile and realized the accounts were closed after finding the thread.  I am sorry @Anonymous, my mistake as I forgot.  That being said, I take my initial response back.  If you don't have a low interest rate, then this sounds like a good deal...

In MHO, I think it's a great offer and I know if I received something like that, I would definitely be very interested in it (especially since they are offering you a very low APR up-front, rather than the usual APR range).  Good luck & best wishes if you decide to app for it!
