Really in what way?
I looked back so far on this month and are 3 threads of people having a CLI from Capital One.
When did they start cause my 4 or 5 cap1 cards didn't get the memo
Current limit?
Spend per month?
Fico scores?

For every person that somehow gets a CLI with Cap1, there are others thats dont. Its taking for me 4 years and 2 card upgrades to get my bucketed card to $4500, while others have tripled that CL in less than time. My card has served its purpose for helping me rebuild, but I wont apply for another Cap1 card, when there are other cards out there that are much better and dont have the 3 HPs

Not really fair to compare low fico score cards to high fico score cards.
I went from a single $3,000 card to $85,000 available on 3 cards from Cap One without a single inquiry still on my credit report.
Yes, they bucket. But often those bucket cards are cards that would have not even been issued by other banks.
Not that many cards that are better than Savor with a $30,000 limit and a $500 sub.
It is easy to dump on Cap One by grouping all their card offerings together for data points.

I think it is, since there are many on the boards who had low fico scores and were bucketed into cards and somehow grow those cards over time to higher CLIs in less time than others. Like I said in my post for everyone that gets a CLI, others dont. From personal experience with CAP1 thats my OP...
