Capital One Savor or Savor One should fit. Savor is 4% for dining and entertainment. Savor One is 3%.

From OPs post
the bad news for me is that CapitalOne Savour and Barclays Uber Visa dont take applicants that live in Puerto Rico
If you’ve had those other Synch cards for awhile, I think you’d be okay opening the Marvel. (Didn’t know that was Synch actually lol). There are many reports of people having tons of Synch cards with no AA

Rem,
We seem to have plenty of that lately. I wonder what % of people actually read the posts before replying...lol.
I'm going to leech of this thread. Are there other options out there besides Synch and Cap1? I don't like Cap 1 because after 5 years they refused to unsecure my card. And Synch reduced my Tex card by 7K (they brought it back up to 10K shortly after but still left me with a bad taste).
So are there other options out there? I have Amex BCE, Chase F and F U to cover lots of my spend but dining is probably my next uncovered spend.

For dining? Uber Visa. Slim pickings other than Synchrony and Capital One if looking for a card that covers a broad range of entertainment options.
All the ones Gmood mentined pretty much cover it. The only one I can think of is Bank of America Cash Rewards. It just launched their "Choose your 3% category" and Dining is one of them. It's very broad too.
I've been messing with it the last month and its coded dining for Fast Food, Restaurants, Bars, Bakeries, Coffee Shops, Bitesquad, Grubhub and even the vending machines at my office lol I haven't found anywhere it didn't work at. I had the Marvel card and managed to get it up to $25k so limits can go pretty deep with those soft pull calls to credit solutions.
