Chapter 13, dismissed 2010... it shouldn't be on my reports but it is on EQ because they are a worthless pesticide of a company.

Did you contact EQ about removing it?

Re: Discover... Sigh

How many times have you applied? I've applied twice and got a denial, then a secured offer which I didn't accept. I may try again.

I app'd last Oct and was instantly denied, rjection letter only cited BK & 'past or present delinquencies'. My BK7 was discharged 1/31/2010, and I don't have any lates on EQ. Yeah, recon is a waste of time - they could save alot of time by having the reps just say "if the 'puter says No then the answer is No".

Then in June weekly invite letter w/code started showing up. When I got the 3rd one I decided what the heck and app'd - instant approval w/$4k SL. I think once you've app'd they monitor your CR until they see something the like and mail invitations. I think after 6 apps & HPs they know you want the card, maybe you should consider just sitting back for awhile and see if an invite letter magically shows up. On my CR the only thing that changed since they denied me is more utilzation due to a $4k 0% BT. And a shiney new BoA CC. Myabe their magical 'puter decided "well, if he's good enough for BoA maybe he's good enough for us".
