Well Razzy...you broke it!
Not sure id try the prequal every week... is something due to change on your CR? More toward the line of trying monthly......
Also have you considered signing up for Discovers free fico score service for non members.. its only ONE score, but it does put you on their radar.... and in the past it has let folks know if they are eligible for a secured discover, or an unsecured one......
Its called Discover Credit Scorecard...and it gives you a monthly Score
Also it is a different FICO than the one used by their cardmembers... (its Experian on CS)
Might want to join the folks in the Garden.... and/or the Rebuilding forums.... Rebuilding forums also are good for building credit too!
Theres a thing when you get a few denials, you really should stop and change your plans... yes even though they may be SP... they are an indication that you might have to do some work and or wait for some time before continuing to be successful....

Not to hijack, but why? My income is about twice what it is now, then it was back then and could easily be verified with paystubs or even looking at 2019.

Cause they won't ask for paystubs, they'll want IRS verification.
Discover has been hit or miss on accepting anything other than a 4096-T for income verification.... They dont like to accept other forms, though occasionally they will accept bank statements (Seen mention of 3mo of statements) partly due to the pandemic.... not heard of them accepting pay stubs.....

It doesn't that I've ever seen.
If it were offered it be a banner on the top.. It may show up as a secured or unsecured as well...
