Re: NFCU More Rewards

NFCU is hard to beat.

Flagship is 3% travel, 2% everything else.

Great combo with More Rewards for 3% on a lot!

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.

Re: NFCU More Rewards

If there is a drawback, it’s the $50 minimum on redemption of rewards.

Re: NFCU More Rewards

I love this card. Maybe some could have an issue with acceptance at certain places since it's Amex network ( although I haven't experienced this much) also I noticed it holds $100 when I use it for gas at the pump. I don't mind that since I have enough available credit. But just putting it out there. It's my daily driver card though and I have no complaints!!

Re: NFCU More Rewards

Keep in mind that this is a co-branded AmEx card and it generates points not percentages.  3X points does not necessairly corellate to 3% cash back.  The vaule of AmEx points depends on how you redeem them and can be as low at .5 cents per point.  If you want to use them for travel then this is an excellent card.  If you are looking to redeem for cash or statement credit, you will likely not get the same value.

This one is a nice card, right there along with the Wells Fargo Propel.
