I have never asked for a CLI and tried by online today. Once I completed all the information and hit submit. I got a error code saying that they are trying to fix the problem and it locked me out of my account.

Has that happened to anyone. I never received an email or any notification after I attempted for a credit limit increase.

What actually happens after you hit the submit button?

It looks like this on the app (I didn't bother asking for much, I've been at their "maximum exposure limit" for a while now):

For poops and laughs! For poops and laughs!

Lol yes thats what you would see unless its instant approval. Max exposure hasnt stopped me either AddieSmiley Happy. Unless you try you will never know how far you can go. 50k is my goal 😆

LOL Thank you for your help.

Does NFCU provide CLI's on the weekend or should I wait until Monday to request one?

Re: Navy Federal Datapoints Thread for Membership, CLIs, and Credit Card Products

I had problems requesting a credit limit increase yesterday at the NFCU website. I received an error code at the end of the request so I was kind of lost. I did not received any alerts, not an email or anything of that nature. So thhis morning I was going to request for a credit limit increase. When I logged in to NFCU website I went to my credit card and clicked on it to begin the progress and I noticed my credit limit had a new credit limit.

I asked for more than the 5k and was granted the amount.

Did you get a hp for the card app?. If denied with a hp, just make sure your bureaus are locked and shoot for a cli. Worse that happens is denial but it may be timing not max exposure so there's still hopeSmiley Happy

Yeah I got a HP on TU, I tried for a CLI now... how long does it usually take for a response?? I think it might be timing... I closed 60k in NFCU credit lines back in 2018 after getting upset at their service.. just jumped back in to achieve my 1M total CL.  TU Fico on NFCU is 817 or 819

Don't hear too many complaints about their service. Was there a major issue with them?
