They asked why I wanted the card. I told them I ultimately wanted the AR, and that I was georestricted and can’t apply for a checking/savings over the phone or online. I also threw in that I’d be doing some banking with them as well. I’m really hoping they will like those answers and approve me!

I was expecting an email from them letting me know they’ve sent the application over to UW. The CSR from underwriting I spoke with told me they’ll mail via snail mail the recon decision. Also when I call the robo line it still says declined (called to see if maybe it said under review)

Called in to USBank today. My application was manually reviewed yesterday. It was denied again due to new accounts. I gave it the ole college try. 8 only have to wait a few months before most of my accounts age past a year anyways.

Thanks for posting! I’m looking at the AR but might have to app for Cash plus to get there. I’m 3/24. 2 are on TU, 1 of those should fall off in April 2020. The other is 4 months. Guess I’ll wait another few months to apply.
