I was just wondering what people had on their CC wish list.
Since getting the AAdvantage card, I only have a few cards that I have any interest in:
FNBO Overstock card: for the 8% back from Overstock (even though I don't buy from them, I would for 8% back). I'd even take the secured card, just to get in the door. However, with a recent app, I can't even get the secured card. Failing that, I would take the La Quinta card, just for the loyalty points. (I am quite honestly tired of losing loyalty points due to inactivity)
NASA FCU Star Trek card: because, come on, how cool is it? I would even pay the $39 AF and take a toy limit just because of how cool it looks.
Wyndham Rewards card (Barclay?) for the same reason as the La Quinta card.
At this point, those are really the only three cards I could see myself bothering with. Good thing that I have some gardening to do.
Last time this question came up I had such a long list... I think that really I just want the AARP and CSP.
Nada....
I'm closing cards and have too many that I don't use and frankly there is no card I need or want at this point.
Amex everyday card
Palladium/Centurion only really, I'm completely content with my current cards. Visa Infinite would be cool but I don't live in a state that you can app.
Right now just a Barclay Jetblue card......a few years down the road maybe a CSP
I really only had 2 on my wish list...but let's be real, there'd be more but my Ch. 13 is only 3 years post discharge and I'm very realistic about my wants and desires. With that being said, Sam's Club MC was the first and the Marriot is the second. Knocked Sam's Club MC off the list as I was recently approved for it..and Marriot, again, with my Ch. 13 still fresh, it's still a long ways away. But I'm content at the moment...
