I currently have the Cap1 Quicksilver one and I wanted to change over to the Savor to remove the AF and better cash back %.
What is the process with Cap1? Do I have to wait for an offer pc to become available or can i contact them and request the upgrade?
By doing so, does that also get me a HP?

You need to contact them to see if there is an offer on your account for the upgrade you want.
There is no HP or reporting change when you product change with Cap1.

Capital One has not been allowing product changes to any of the Savors. If you are successful with your request, let us know immediately. Many of us have been waiting for this possibility.

It's very unlikely they will let you move between product lines that's extreamly rare for Cap1.
It's higly likely they will change you over to a non-AF Quicksilver.

Unfortunately its extremely difficult to PC the QS1 to anything. But if you wish to check without calling Cap One, try adding /product upgrade after the URL in your address bar of your browser when logged into your Cap One account and looking at your QS1 card.
From what I have read, they are reluctant to change cards with an annual fee to cards without a fee.
And it's rare that I read about someone product changing to a Savor or SavorOne. I would love to change my Quicksilver to a SavorOne. I now have several cards that pay me 2% back, so the 1.5% from the QS isn't very helpful. I could get some use out of a SavorOne, but don't want to lose the history of my QS. So a product change here would seem ideal. I'm waiting to see if that becomes an option. (I've asked several times and been told "no," but I have seen other people report that they've been allowed to make such a change.)

You should be able to upgrade Quicksilver one to Quicksilver for now. Cap1 is making some changes by bring MLB and BJs cards, it is possible they would allow some PCs in the future.

Will do. Soon as my refi is done (just incase they HP), I'm going to try it.

Tried that. Nothing happened
