Please correct me if I'm wrong due to my obvious ignorance. A hard pull would show up under inquires correct?

Credit approvals are based on the lender, what is and what's not on your credit report. But for a more advice, please post this question on our Credit Cards Board.
Hello Gardeners,
January has proven to be successful month in my credit journey! I've received CLIs from three Comenity CCs and my 2nd 3X CLI from AMEX! I always like to outline my gardening plan for a new month. I do this because typing it, letting people see it, putting it out in the world helps me stick to it. So here is February's plan:
1. SP CLI attempts (JCP & Overstock on 2/2, Amazon on 2/5, Citi TBD but likely after 2/27)
2. Keep overall UTIL below; continue to work on getting more zero balances and lowering Citi DC UTIL
3. Monitor CRs
4. Be patient!
My next big credit event on the horizon is when my CO falls off all CRs (between April and June). However, I would like to stay in the Garden until after October (BK should fall off then).
Anyway, hope everyone is having success in the Garden! Gardening led me to successes last March, so I can affirm that it works!
Hello everyone! Been a while since I've checked in. I guess it feels great not to need anymore credit, and my scores are climbing accordingly
Yesterday marked the 3 month checkpoint for gardening so I cashed in on this here pretty silver spade. Remember guys, it doesn't matter how much credit you have available. It matters how much you have stashed in the bank. Cash is king. This is just a means for us to say to lenders "hey, I'm definitely worthy of borrowing from you!" I hope you guys are all doing well and sticking to your goals and I wish you all great successes throughout this year!

I can't tell you for sure, but I'd like to think you stand a very good chance of getting something like the Barclay Rewards card.
Thank you!

Thank you for the response, I think this card is defintely going to be the card I pursue...
Alright, I think I have my sights set on the Freedom in November. Setup slickdeals to alert me when the next one comes along. It seems that the Chase gives a $200 sign up bonus every year around that time. Hopefully I can manage to garden til then!
I'm still happily gardening! Truth be told there really isn't any other card I want. Sure I COULD get a bunch that might benefit me, but why carry a ton of cards so I can chase rewards...heck I can barely remember my keys, I bet I'd forget which card to use/pay etc!
My utilization finally dipped and all my accounts are at zero except my BofA card (sits at $25 right now for a balance). As soon as all the payments from the holidays finally reported my TU score went from 756 to 795, just as I knew it would. we decided to pay for the holidays on credit, and even though we paid everything right away it still got reported as high usage, but all is well now.
Tomorrow is the Superbowl, and since football is practically a religion in my family I'll be busy! I live in California and my family is in Seattle but I'll be on Skype and phone all day with them.
Hope you all have a great Sunday!
I guess I am in the garden, considering my last unsuccessful application was in December, and I need to get my util down before I try again for another balance transfer. I am an unwilling gardener.
