WF Propel how do points work? How does it combine with a cash rewards with other cards?

Well I tried to do my bit and get the VS, but was rejected apparently because I failed to do AZ (too many non-zero balances, and too many cards)

Move the decimal 2 places to the right and you have points and not cash.
