@Anonymous Good luck! I did get the $10k approval after a full FI review, and pretty much telling them off when they only wanted to give $5k. But i got the impression i will never see the $30k limit there.

Frankly, they were horrible to deal with. It was a roller coaster and stressful. I would not see myself needing for them anything else loan wise. I do like the card design though and the credit card is integrated into the online banking portal. Normally with this interface, you get redirected to a 3rd party site. 

I do like that they natively integrate SEPA into their banking system, which is great as many crypto exchanges still won't accept USD, but you can send SEPA transfers.  Customer service via live chat is a YMMV. I reached out a few times and had both good and bad experiences. I can 100% tell you that after-hours support is outsourced and they do not have much power to do anything.

Fortunately, for me it was very smooth process. Today they messaged me saying they approved $20,000(instead of 30,000) at 14.15 apr. Once I accepted it, they sent me adobe document to sign. Later in the afternoon account showed up online banking. I did supply POI while joining CU though. 

With this I got 3 CU credit cards within the span of 2 weeks ( Redstone FCU visa sig - 10k, Affinity FCU visa sig - 24k). Time to hang the boots for sometime!
