Sounds like he went from 2 of 5 (40%) of cards with a reported balances to 3 of 5 (60%) with a reported balance.  If we're talking an EX score though, that one with F8 typically isn't impacted by changes in this category from what I understand right?

@Anonymous that maxed out card coming down could've been the reason for your increase. Or it's possible bankruptcy moves to a mature card at seven years what month was it discharged?
