The entire lines from TX Guaranteed were removed from my report, but the lates are still reporting for Wells Fargo. It will take a few months for the new loan that was picked up to report on my reports. I'm disappointed Wells Fargo is still there, but I need to send out goodwill letters. They still show they're with the government and I'm having trouble getting those comments removed.

I have been calling the 3 bureaus, but I see to get the same people who refuse to remove anything before 7 years, no matter how nice I am. Do you have a number I can try? I have a few scheduled to be removed in October and I need to get them off asap. Thanks!!

I'm going to call and ask for a supervisor. Without that other account showing a positive tradeline, how can my report reflect a rehab? I know it will take AES a few months to report. I'll call all 3 bureaus and then write up a goodwill letter to Well Fargo. Any other advice is welcomed!

Once my student loans were rehabbed, I thought they had to remove the "assigned to government" notes from the original Wells Fargo tradelines. I thought they could only keep the tradelines there with 120+ past due notes and I would have to goodwill to get the lines removed. Any advice is appreciated! If you have an email address to send to, please DM me. Anyone have luck with a handwritten note over an email?

Yep, my student loan is not at 3.5 and I know I was locked in at 3.25 before the rehab. I plan to call tomorrow to find out why!

I just logged back in and they gave me a $50 increase. WEIRD. I did get Cap One to give me $100. I might try again next month.

I've been asking for the past two years to no avail, but I went in today and hit the luv button and got a $100 increase on both cards! While it might not be much, I've had high utilization for a few months. I also tried for a CLI on my Texaco store card and was denied, yet I see they gave me a $25 CLI. Weird. I can't wait until October and my reports should be nearly clean!!

It's finally done! I've rehabbed my student loan and AES picked it up. I was able to log in right away and see my loans. I'm concerned that my interest rate is now 3.5, not 3.25 and it doesn't seem like any of the fees were removed. I thought that by rehabbing I avoided some of the collection costs? It's no wonder we have a student loan crisis and people are choosing to stay in default. People's loan amounts are increasing exponentially from the inital loan!

It seems like TU and Experian remove 3 months early according to the computer's date, when prompted. If you call up a month before that 3 month date (while it's already updated to be removed 3 months early), they will likely remove it. Good luck!

Just made my 9th payment! TG told me that my loan may be picked up by the end of next week because I made my payment early. Very excited! So, my collection fees will be removed? If so, that's fantastic! My collection fees are hovering around $7700! Thanks for the info.

Monday is my 9th payment! I was told I could make my 9th payment within 20 days of payment date. Let's hope they're picked up right away. I'm excited to see where my scores will go. I know the old lines will stay, but I'll work on goodwill letters if the lates remain. Any advice on on whether Wells Fargo removes negative info?

That's an absurd way to do business. Not everyone is on top of what's on their credit report. They could get poor rates or denials for errors like this. I say yelp them and leave a negative review of your experience. This is crazy.

I tried to get a preapproval and received a damn inquiry!! This happened last month with Citibank. I'm calling both on Monday. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't recommend trying to get preapprovals anymore!!

I knew I had to wait until my student loans rehabbed, so I would NEVER apply until then. I found the site I was on based on previous laptop activity and I got an alert a couple days after. I didn't apply and I received a hard pull. I have no idea why. I called Experian and asked about a few other things and forgot to ask about the inquiry, so I'll call the bank tomorrow. And, call experian back to dispute if necessary.

Wow. I'm in the rebuilding phase and my score are in the low to mid 600's. I just bought an older BMW at got a rate of 9.99% through BMW financial. I plan to refinance with a CU once a few baddies fall off and my student loans are rehabbed. Your experiences make me feel better about my rate! I plan to avoid banks and stick with my new CU. I suggest you do the same! They decisoned my car loan and credit card quickly. They WANT our business!

I just made my 7th payment. My 8th payment will be June 1st and I'm going to attempt to make my last payment early to try to expedite the process. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I make my last payment around June 11th, if it's due July 1st? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, only asked for last 4 digits and I found the exact page I was on. It's definitely the pre-qualier page. I also double checked and it's showing as a hard pull. I'm going to dispute. I DID NOT apply for a Citibank card.

I was an AU on one account recently and when it was closed, the account was removed from my report. Years ago, I was an AU on an account that was late and it wasn't removed. I had to ask them to remove. So, good question! I've learned it's best to build my own credit than rely on others. Good luck!

I was told I had 90 days to get 0% and then an email said 7 days (before I even get the card!). I would double check. Doesn't affect me because I already paid everything off. I'm going to call to ask for a cli and loc. Thanks! I'll refi soon! I was told you have to be over 720 to get 1.65%. LOVE RBFCU!!

It's a great day!! I paid off 5 high interest credit cards at 0% with my new card. It was extremely easy! Transferred a cash advance to my new checking and made the payments immediately. They give you the same 0% with no added fees. I triple verified to be sure. It feels awesome and I'll definitely be a customer for life! Who knew this could feel so fantastic?! I was a little concerned to use the full amount (now I wish I had asked for more!!), but I plan to pay off as quickly as possible. If they see I'm paying off this card, I hope they'll be open to a credit limit increase in the future.

Thanks everyone! One other thing,they didn't pull an auto enhanced score for my auto application. From what I can tell, they pulled the fico bank card score 4 which is what I think they used for my credit application.

Transunion is my highest score and RBFCU pulls transunion. I have 6 baddies. Average age is 4 years. 3 of my baddies are my student loans that will be rehabbed soon. My other 3 baddies are paid after collection accounts and will be removed in October unless I can get the bureaus to remove as an early exclusion. My score could possibly jump over 720! I'm hopeful! Plus, my utilization is going to be much better once I transfer some balances. It's all coming together! I plan to pay off my debt in the 9 months I have 0% interest! Now that I bought a car, my next goal is to buy a house in the next year or two.

I have been building for some time and recently joined RBFCU. I was told my score was 648, so I decided to try to get their 0% intro rate for balance transfers and was approved! 3K! My next highest card is $750. It's exciting and I can finally see the end of this nightmare! They ask for the amount you would like and I asked for 3K. Almost wish I asked for more! Maybe in a few months when my student loans are rehabbed. I also applied for a car loan and was approved for 7.99%. I chose to go with BMW financial, but was relieved that I was approved. I plan to refi with them once my score is over 720 and I qualify for 1.65%.

I left before applying in person. We did the app over the phone today. I talked about credit more than the car. He knew how I felt and I made it very clear. I think he was tiring of hearing it, but I wanted there to be no confusion. So irritating. I told him my thoughts and how I had planned to pay down my balances next week, but wasn't sure how much it would change my score. I knew that I would be within the 14 day mark if I needed to app again. I feel betrayed. If they're willing to lie so early within the process...
