Can I tried the current number and spoke to someone but they didn’t really help me out at all

@tk-2018 - the Comenity verification number can usually work for most of their partner products, but not for all of them.

While it sounds like you'd like to get a head start on things, your best bet is to wait until you receive the letter.

Why does this never work for me? The agents literally chuckle at me when I mention reconsideration. The other thing is the SCT... that's a joke as well.

What does your profile look like? FICO scores? etc?

EX- 666, 4 inq

AAoA is very low due to identity theft, Util a bit high (45% ), average 17 open accounts, 8 closed, No baddies/bk/collections/ derogatory, etc
