My main question what is the minimum score for any type AMEX? And which is easiest? I have herd that 670 is the magic number? Not sure how true tho.

Low INQ could play in your favor, since AMEX seems to like it. High INQ...hard to say.
I was able to get a BCE with $1500 CL with 672 EX. I think your odds are best with a charge card. Delta Gold seems to approve down to 660s, but YMMV
