Re: Sony Visa card (capital one) transitioning to Comenity in November

They suck at the changeover. Card is activated. Can't create account until the 10th. At least I got an email thanking me for my last payment with cap1.

It won't accept my password even though it meets their criteria. Guess this is what I got to look forward to

if you're copy/pasting the password that's why. after doing the paste just delete one letter and retype it, then it will be accepted.

Not sure what you are trying to use for a password, I'm using 12 caracter with mix of upper lower and numbers. (I didn't see anything about requirements, but seems to me other comenity accounts don't allow punctuation)

That's not it. I'm typing from scratch. Everything is checkmarked, but it won't work. Is there a limitation on special characters?

I've used between 8 and 12 characters and it won't accept anything because I don't meet the password requirements. Maybe I just need to try later.

Re: Sony Visa card (capital one) transitioning to Comenity in November

i was on a screwey site once and it did the same thing, the problem was it wanted very specific "special characters" you couldn't just use anything.
